Anna Vernier
Anna  is a sophomore chemistry major here at NKU. She declared her major coming in to college, unsure of whether or not she would stick with it, but has fallen in love with the discipline and the program. She has been involved with research since the summer between her freshman and sophomore year in Dr. Russell's organic chemistry research group, beginning with the UR-STEM paid summer research program. Now, she balances research, STEM Ambassadors, Supplemental Instruction (SI) for general chemistry II, SAACS (the chemistry club on campus), and all of her classes. In her free time, you can usually find her in the chemistry lounge in the science center, hanging out with her friends.
