The Sustainable, Scalable Scholarships, Opportunities, Achievements, and Results (S3OAR) Scholars Program is designed to help low-income academically talented STEM majors at NKU succeed in their undergraduate studies and prepare for their future career. SOAR Scholars are a cohort of STEM undergraduate students that participate in academic and extracurricular activities designed to promote individual growth as a STEM major.

*To be considered for scholarship money, you must complete the FAFSA application by February 1, 2019.
If you meet the eligibility requirements stated above, you will be placed on a list of eligible SOAR Scholars. There is no additional application required to be considered. Select eligible students will be invited to participate in an on campus open house and interview for final selections. All students are encouraged to fill out the FAFSA application. Information on this can be found on NKU's Financial Aid Website. It is recommended to have your FAFSA completed by February 1st, 2019.
