Log into myNKU with your NKU username and password
On the Student Self Service tab go to the MY RECORDS section
Click on MY ADVISORS:
- Your assigned advisor with contact information will be listed here.
- If you are in your second year or higher in the program, you will also have an assigned faculty mentor.
- If you are a declared major and do not have an assigned academic advisor please email, Lynn Crane, cranel1@nku.edu or Heleen Giesbers, giesbersh1@nku.edu.

Students will be matched to a faculty mentor after completing entry level courses in the major.

The student will be matched to a faculty mentor based on their major, track, research, pre-professional or career interest area.

To find your faculty mentor’s name and email address:

1. Log into myNKU with your NKU username and password
2. On the Student Self Service tab go to the MY RECORDS section
3. Click on MY ADVISORS:
a. Your faculty mentor’s contact information will be listed here along

with your academic advisor assignment.
