NMR Calendar
- Classes have top priority on the NMR and will reserve time the week prior to its use.
- Users may reserve 20 min time slots M through F between the hours of 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- No group can reserve more than 60 continuous minutes of NMR time except for off-peak hours.
- Users should avoid long timescale experiments during regular working hours (8AM-6PM) – longer experiments can run in the evening or over the weekend (keeping in mind that users shouldn’t be working alone). Overnight experiments should not start until 6PM and must be finished by 8AM the next morning.
- The high volume of NMR usage necessitates morning schedule blocks during the summer: 9:20-10:20 Russell; 10:20-11:20 Onorato; 11:20-12:20 Kempton and 12:20-1:20 Ma.
- Users who do not comply with the rules may lose the privilege of reserving time.

MPLC Calendar

- Users should try to sign up at least 24 hrs in advance.
- Students may reserve up to 90 min time slots M through F between the hours of 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. If no one has reserved the instrument following the scheduled time, users can continue use until someone else has reserved time.
- Experiments which require longer times should be run in the evening or overnight if possible.
- Users who do not comply with the rules may lose the privilege of reserving time.
