The Certificate in Total Worker Health (TWH)® is about initiating and sustaining changes in organizations to improve employee well-being and organizational effectiveness. Employees who are well, are much less likely to be injured or get sick. This requires understanding the work, the environment, your employees, and change management.

This 18 credit-hour certificate may be earned in one year, and you can start with any one of the six classes.

PSY 550: Organizational Psychology // 3 credit hours

PSY 570: Work Environments // 3 credit hours

PSY 580: Cognition in the Workplace // 3 credit hours

PSY 620: Job Analysis and Staffing // 3 credit hours

PSY 630: Occupational Health Psychology // 3 credit hours

PSY 632: Public Health // 3 credit hours

Admission Requirements

  • Online application
  • Bachelor's degree with GPA 3.0 for last 60 hrs of coursework
  • Official transcripts
  • No grade lower than B on transferable graduate coursework
