The Certificate in Total Worker Health (TWH)® is about initiating and sustaining changes in organizations to improve employee well-being and organizational effectiveness. Employees who are well, are much less likely to be injured or get sick. This requires understanding the work, the environment, your employees, and change management.
This 18 credit-hour certificate may be earned in one year, and you can start with any one of the six classes.

PSY 580: Cognition in the Workplace // 3 credit hours
PSY 620: Job Analysis and Staffing // 3 credit hours
PSY 630: Occupational Health Psychology // 3 credit hours
