Psychology Peer Mentors was created in 2019 to facilitate the academic needs of psychology students. Peer mentors help psychology majors and minors navigate their way through the psychology degree, as well as provide a social and friendly hand in college life at Northern Kentucky University. During the school year, you can find Peer Mentors running bake sales, hosting social events (game nights, bowling, etc.), representing the department at university events, and collaborating with Psychology Club and Psi Chi on many events. Psychology Peer Mentors accepts new mentors at the end of every semester, to begin in the following semester. They accept mentees and students seeking guidance year round.
