Opening Monday, August 3, 2020

The Campus Recreation Center is opening on Monday, August 3, 2020. The facility hours are: 
Mondays - Fridays: 6:30 am-9 pm
Saturdays: 10 am - 4 pm
Sundays: 12-9 pm

FACILITY AREA CLOSURES

The following areas are CLOSED for open recreation.

  • All court spaces (basketball courts, MAC gym, racquetball courts)
  • Cardio Hallway
  • Sauna
  • Power Box
  • Lounge and other seating areas
  • Studios
  • Bouldering Wall
  • Pool - will open Monday, August 10, 2020
  • Indoor Track - The indoor track will only have two open lanes to ensure a safe distance between patrons.

SHOWERS

Showers will ONLY be available in the Family / Inclusive Locker Rooms and Aquatics Locker Rooms Monday - Friday from 6:30 - 10:00 am. The showers in all other locker rooms will be closed until further notice.

MEMBERSHIP & LOCKER EXTENSIONS

Membership Information
As the closing affects memberships directly, the Campus Recreation Center will be implementing a process in which memberships and parking passes are extended to compensate for closure time. A separate email will be sent out regarding your individual membership extension information. For questions, or if you did not receive the email regarding specific details about your membership, please contact crcmembershipservices@nku.edu.

Parking Pass
CRC members who purchased parking passes will be extended for four months due to the COVID-19 closure: We have been in contact with Parking Services, and they are taking care of making sure each parking pass is extended the appropriate amount of time. This does not apply to NKU Faculty, Staff, or Students. 

Locker Rental
A separate email has been sent out regarding your individual locker rental extension information. For questions, or if you did not receive the email regarding specific details about your membership, please contact crcmembershipservices@nku.edu.

DOWNLOAD THE CAMPUS REC APP

Touchless Entry
Download the Campus Rec app and use the "Scan ID" feature to enter the facility. The NKU Campus Rec app is available on the App Store or Google Play.

  1. Once you download the app, click on the Scan ID icon. 
    1. Students and Faculty/Staff: Click on NKU "Username & Password" and enter your NKU username and password. 
    2. Alumni and CRC members, click on Fusion Login and enter your Fusion login username and password. 
  2. Once your information is entered, a barcode will appear, and that is what you will use to enter the facility at the Front Desk Check-in.
