Small Group Training

The Small Group Training classes are 6 or 7 week long classes that meet once a week.  Participants will enjoy more 1-on-1 instruction from the Instructor as there are only a maximum of 7-10 participants per class.

AM Cross Training:

Rise and Shine! This class will focus on functional training strength and cardio exercises in the Power Box.

  • Wednesdays 6:40 – 7:25am in Studio 3

 

Women’s Fit I:

This is a beginer level class that helps women feel comfortable in the weight room, while teaching strength and functional cardio exercises using the weight equipment.

  •  Wednesdays- 5:00-5:45pm in Weight Room 2

 

TRX Bootcamp:

 This is a medium to advanced level circuit-style class that utilizes the TRX straps! 

  • Thursdays – 6:45-7:30pm in Studio 3
