Small Group Training

The Small Group Training classes are 6 or 7 week long classes that meet once a week.  Participants will enjoy more 1-on-1 instruction from the Instructor as there are only a maximum of 7-10 participants per class.

Cross Training with Olympic Lifts:

This is a medium to advanced class that focuses on functional training exercises incorporated with Olympic lifts. This class will meet twice a week in the Power Box and is led by a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer.

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays - 5:45 – 6:30pm in Power Box
  • Students: $35 / Non-Students: $50

 

AM Cross Training:

Rise and Shine! This class will focus on functional training strength and cardio exercises in the Power Box.

  • Wednesdays 6:40 – 7:25am in Power Box
  • Students: $25 / Non-Students: $35

 

Women’s Fit:

This is a beginner level class that helps women feel comfortable in the weight room, while teaching strength and functional cardio exercises using the weight equipment. This class will take place in the Campus Recreation weight room and meets once a week.

  • Wednesdays 5:00-5:45pm
  • Students: $25 / Non-Students: $35

 

Women’s Fit II:

This class will focus on strength training with free weights and incorporate strength based cardio. This class will take place in the Campus Recreation weight room & Power Box and meets once a week. This is a beginner to intermediate level class.

  •  Wednesdays- 6:00-6:45pm in Weight Room 2
  • $25 / Non-Students: $35

 

TRX Bootcamp:

 This is a medium to advanced level circuit-style class that utilizes the TRX straps! 

  • Thursdays – 6:45-7:30pm in Power Box
  • Students: $25 / Non-Students: $35

 

Yoga II:

 This class is tailored to participants who practice yoga regularly and are looking to challenge their normal routine. In this class participants will focus on enhancing their current yoga posed and incorporating more challenging poses into your practice.

  • Wednesdays – 7:00-7:50pm in Studio 2
  • Students: $25 / Non-Students: $35
