The Department of Campus Recreation offers a diverse range of programs for students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community members to take part in! Make friends as you join fellow students in an Intramural Sports sand volleyball league. Relieve stress with a Yoga class in the Norse Fitness Program. Get involved and join a Sport Club team as they compete and travel to other schools. Achieve your goals as  you work with a personal trainer through the Personal Trainer Program!
