Associate Professor and Chair
Dr. Tracey Honeycutt Sigler is an Associate Professor of Management and chair of the Department of Management. She is the co-founder and lead faculty in the Executive Leadership and Organizational Change master's program. She is also the former Associate Editor of the Journal of Management Education and a former board member for the Midwest Academy of Management.
Dr. Sigler teaches in the areas of organizational behavior, teamwork and leadership at the undergraduate and executive levels. Dr. Sigler's research interests include service-learning and public engagement, leadership, and work/family issues. She has presented her work at the National Academy of Management meetings and at teaching conferences and has published in journals including the Journal of Vocational Behavior, the Journal of Business Education, and the International Journal of Organizational Theory and Behavior, Annual Advance in Business Cases, Labor Law Journal, and the International Journal of Case Method Research and Application.
Dr. Sigler received her BA and MBA from the Bowling Green State University and a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
