Tuesday, October 10, and Wednesday, October 11, 10 AM – 4 PM
Why Attend:
- Have the chance to win a free regalia (cap and gown) or diploma frame.
- Sit for graduation or professional portraits by GradImages.
- Buy regalia, order graduation announcements and/or class ring.
- Confirm the spelling of your name and check your mailing address for your diploma.
- Undergraduates - pick up your university honors cords (if applicable, undergraduates only).
- Learn about NKU Alumni benefits.
- Talk to Graduate Education and Career Services team members.
- Browse the NKU Bookstore’s display of graduation gifts and other items.
- Get answers to all your commencement questions!

If You Can't Attend:
No worries: attendance at Grad Fair is not required to participate in the commencement ceremony.
- Regalia, announcements, diploma frames, and class rings may be ordered online at the Herff Jones website through November 10. Regalia and diploma frames can be purchased in the NKU Bookstore through December 15.
- For qualifying undergraduates, university honors cords will be available to pick up at your college dean’s office and at commencement on December 16. Don’t know who your dean is? Don’t know what college you aren? Find out here!
- To check the spelling of your name on your diploma: go to the myNKU portal, Student Self-Service tab, and select “Apply for Graduation.” More detailed instructions can be found here. Questions? Email: registrar@nku.edu.
Deadlines
Follow these deadlines in order to get your regalia on time for the Saturday, December 16, 2023 commencement ceremonies:
- Undergraduate and master’s regalia goes on sale for purchase in person in the NKU Bookstore - October 10
- Last day to purchase custom tailored doctoral regalia – October 27
- Last day to purchase undergraduate and master’s regalia online at the Herff Jones website – November 10
- Last day to purchase non-custom doctoral regalia, or "Keeper Doctoral Regalia" – November 10
- Last day for NKU Bookstore in-person purchases of undergraduate and master’s regalia – December 15
