The ELC at NKU seeks to become a model, world class campus facility that is fiscally responsible, globally accessible and cultivates a sustained impact on the lives of the children and families.
Our mission is to serve a diverse population of children and families of Northern Kentucky University and the community by providing a high quality, inclusive, educational program sustained through a professional, nurturing staff.
The program serves NKU students, faculty, staff, alumni and members of the
community. The ELC is located on the first floor of the Math Education Psychology Center (MEP). We are licensed and regulated by the Kentucky Cabinet for Families and Children.

Hours of Operation
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
The ELC will be closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve or the day after Christmas, and one Teacher In-Service day.
