Per the guidelines of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, as of June 11, 2021 university events will no longer be required to accommodate social distancing in event spaces and may return to the pre-COVID room capacities and configurations.
Please visit the Room Request page to submit your request for event or meeting space on campus. Some events on campus will continue to require review and approval from the University Events committee through August 8, 2021.
The following types of events are subject to review:
Event requests should be submitted at least 10 days in advance of the event date via the linked form, in addition to the normal room reservation request. Please note that additional time may be needed to reconfigure spaces previously set for social distancing.
At this time, events taking place August 9, 2021 or later do not require committee approval, but must follow all university and state guidelines that are in place at the time of the event.
Per the most recent CDC guidelines, all persons must wear masks indoors while on NKU’s campus, whether vaccinated or unvaccinated. Visit the COVID-19 FAQs for more information about masking.
