Q: I am on a full grant-in-aid scholarship which includes my room and board and I live off campus. How do I get my money?

A: If you are signed up to receive direct deposit, your money will be automatically deposited into your student billing account (September, October, November, and December for Fall semester, and January, February, March, and April for Spring semester). If you are not signed up for direct deposit, you are mailed a paper check on the Friday after the monthly stipend is paid.


Q: I received a book scholarship so why is that aid not showing on my bill?

A: This will be added to your bill from Student Account Services after all student-athletes have picked up their books from the on-campus bookstore. At that point, the Office of Financial Assistance will place the respective credit to your account.


Q: Where do I pick up my books?

A: You can pick up your books at the on-campus bookstore.


Q: I received a scholarship from an outside donor. What should I do?

A: Contact the Athletic Compliance Office and fill out a Financial Aid Declaration Form. Fill out and return per the instructions on the bottom of the form. 


Q: The athletics aid I received does not cover all of the charges on my bill. How can I get additional financial aid?

A: You will need to fill out a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
