Let’s workout for a cause, a workout to promote awareness of FUEL NKU and to Empower Women to Menstruate with Confidence.

We are engaging YOU the students + faculty + staff + community in the fight against hunger.  FUEL NKU is on campus food bank that provides free nutritional assistance to NKU students.  FUEL strictly benefits NKU students, let’s keep at their fullest potential by nourishing them and their minds.   

Cost:  If you are able a donation for FUEL NKU would be appreciated. Having access to feminine products is vital for the wellbeing and social promotion of women in our society. We will be collecting feminine hygiene products including tampons, pads, liners, and other products to benefit students at Northern Kentucky University.

FUEL NKU and Freestore Foodbank's Monthly Produce Stand

FUEL NKU and Freestore Foodbank have teamed up to provide a monthly Produce Stand at NKU. Students with a valid NKU All-Card can recieve no cost fruits, vegetables, and grains. This Produce Stand takes place the last Wednesday of every month in the Student Union 2nd floor lobby from 11:00am to 01:00pm.

Cooking Without A Kitchen

 

FUEL NKU and the Campbell County Co-op have teamed up to provide Northern Kentucky University Students with free nutrition education classes. At these classes, students will learn how to make new recipes, and be able to take home cooking utensils at the end of the classes.
