    The one location where managers can access the various forms, guidance, and references necessary to manage direct reports and department.
  • Manager’s Café 
    A forum that allows managers to post questions and share ideas and recommendations on various topics.

    The one location where employees can access the forms, guides, and references necessary to effectively perform evaluation of performance, as well as provide 360° feedback.

  • Student Employment - Process and Forms
    The one location where supervisors of student workers can access the NKU Student Employment Supervisor Manual that describes the process for managing student workers, as well as required forms/paperwork that must be completed and forwarded to the Office of Student Financial Assistance.
