University Wellness is gathering a variety of online resources for you to explore and make a part of your self-care routine - wherever you are. New resources will continue to be added over the coming weeks. Many of these sites provide resources, tools, and strategies specific to our current pandemic situation, as well as diversity, equity and inclusion. Take some time to discover what works for you - and forget the rest.
