Northern Kentucky University offers multiple programs in information security, including two minors and one certificate program at the undergraduate level and two information security certificate programs at the graduate level.

All programs can be completed on campus, while the cybersecurity undergraduate certificate can also be completed online or through a mix of online and in person classes. All undergraduate students must choose a minor, and the information security and forensics minors are both popular with students, especially those who select the Networking and Security Track of the Computer Information Technology BS degree program.
