Student research at NKU could involve intellectual property polices by the Office of Research, Grants, and Contracts (RGC). This is most common when student research is associated with a grant. For details on the IP Right Agreements for Work by Students, see the RGC’s General Policies, Procedures and Forms section. Look for the segment entitled Intellectual Property Rights Policy & Forms and look for forms related to students.

To learn more about student research related to grants, see NKU’s Office of Research, Grants and Contracts @ /content/inside/rgc.html. Also, see Using Works of Others section of this site for related intellectual property information for students.
