We offer a variety of support websites and online documentation for supported applications, including myNKU & SAP GUI. Support documentation is available on-demand and reviewed on a regular basis for accuracy.


Classes related to academic technology (Canvas, Kaltura, Tegrity, etc.) are offered by the Center for Innovation and Technology in Education (CITE), a division of Steely Library. Registration for those classes is available through the same registration system. Contact cite@nku.edu for information on those classes.

How to Request Service

Register for in-person class

Register for online class:

  • FI 203 - email helpdesk@nku.edu
  • HR 200, FI 301, & INT 100 - email helpdesk@nku.edu for instructions
  • CM 200 & CM201 – Manager must submit online service request for required advising security role. If security team approves, training team will enroll user in the appropriate course(s).
