We manage a centrally-funded computer replacement program for all faculty and staff computers plus computer labs.

We negotiate standard configurations and pricing with the computer vendors, order the computers, image and distribute them.

The number of computers replaced annually is dependent upon the funding available and processed according to age. Computers being replaced should be sent to surplus.
