We support audio conferencing and collaboration services for varying numbers of people.

Small Conference Call (up to seven callers)

Submit a service request online. Indicate the date and time the call needs to be placed.

This service is free for anyone dialing locally. However, this conference option is not a secured line meaning that anyone with the number can dial in and will not be asked for a passcode. You also won't be alerted that someone else has entered the call. If your call is confidential, we recommend using the Cincinnati Bell My Meeting Conference Center (see next section).

Large Conference Call (up to 125 callers)

Cincinnati Bell My Meeting Conferencing Center service allows faculty/staff to host an audio or web conference without operator assistance. Once the moderator sets up his/her own account (by submitting an online service request), a permanent access code is assigned and you can use the service 24/7, no reservations required.

Audio Rates

  • $.12 per minute, per participant, toll free inbound, domestic outbound
  • $.10 per minute, per participant, local/direct dial

Conference Phone Reservation

You may reserve a conference phone for use in any building except Student Union by contacting IT (859-572-5271). Conference phones must be connected to a single-line phone jack or into the data port of a two-button D-term unit. Instructions for installation are included when you pick up the unit.
