The Pursuit of Patent: Legal Intellectual Property Awareness for Inventors and Entrepreneurs

Have questions about patents or other intellectual properties? John Schlipp, Steely Library's Intellectual Property Librarian, will cover the basic facts about patent law, patent owner rights, and related intellectual properties for inventors, entrepreneurs, and business start-ups. John also plans to include brief highlights of the United States Patent and Trademark Office's Seven Step Strategy for patent searching utilizing the new CPC (Cooperative Patent Classification). Learn about Steely Library's IPAC: Intellectual Property Awareness Center, an official Patent & Trademark Resource Center representing the US Patent & Trademark Office.
