The library is currently experiencing technical issues with searching the library's collections. Technicians at EBSCOhost are currently working to resolve the login/authentication problems.
If you are unable to log into the library system to access articles, please follow the steps below:
- If you use Internet Explorer as your browser, please switch to either Firefox or Chrome. Unfortunately, once an authentication error happens using Internet Explorer, it will not go away.
- Open Firefox or Chrome and clear the browsing history. The instructions are listed below:
- After clearing the browsing history in Firefox or Chrome, begin your search again from the library's home page.
- When the first Sign In screen appears, make sure to choose the NKU Students, Faculty, Staff, and Emeritus button. Next, type your NKU username (without the @nku.edu) and NKU password and click the Sign In button.
