Description: Request items not owned by NKU. SourceFinder obtains items from other libraries for check out (Interlibrary Loan), purchased and added to the library's collection for checkout (Information Brokerage), or scanned and emailed to the requestor (Steely Delivers).
Tips: Research databases such (such as WorldCat and Academic Search Complete) provide links to SourceFinder from item records. By accessing SourceFinder from an item record in a research database, the item details should transfer directly and automatically into the request form.

Accounts: Use your NKU ID and password. Users are prompted to create a SourceFinder© account when first logging in with a valid NKU email address. User status (faculty, staff, student, alumni, or retiree) will be verified.
Limitations: US Copyright Law (Title 17); International copyright law; Vendor licenses and embargos; Restrictions of lending libraries; Rare or fragile items may not be loanable; Current textbooks cannot be supplied; No more than seven (7) Information Brokerage items may be supplied per year;
User limits: Available to NKU students, staff, and faculty.
