Equipment Checkout

CITE has several iPad carts located across campus that are available for checkout. The carts can travel to any classroom building. The iPad carts consist of 30 iPads each. Please make sure requests for reservations are completed three days in advance. Please include any websites or free applications you would like pre-loaded onto the iPads in your request using the form below.

• Submit requests at least 3 business days prior to the requested reservation time.
• Submitting this form does not guarantee that we will be able to fulfill your request.
• iCarts usually hold 30 iPads, but we can try to accommodate more than that with advanced notice.
• We can install free apps on the devices.

CITE has a number of laptops and tablets available for checkout for faculty and staff. We currently offer:

• Apple: iPad2’s, iPad3’s, iPad4’s, iPad Air’s, iPad Mini’s & MacBook Air’s
• Windows: Microsoft Surface RT’s & Pro’s and Dell Laptop’s
• Android: Nexus 7, Samsung Galaxy (Note and Tab)

Equipment loans are for up to 3 weeks at which point the item(s) will need to be returned.
