Time worked and absences are entered through the Time Managment subtab under Employee Self Service, accessible via myNKU. Each department should have a back-up time administrator identified. A time administrator is not allowed to approve his/her own time.  

Security: An IT service request may be submitted at any time. Employees should automatically receive ESS tab upon onboarding. A request is required to                 be assigned as a time administrator.

Training: Time administrators should attend HR 200 ESS/MSS Time Administrator training (See dates and register, if available).
