Haile/US Bank College of Business marketing students took a different approach to their spring break by participating in a class that culminated in an exciting study abroad experience in Prague, Czech Republic. These students, known as the #Furious394, were led on their journey by Dr. David Raska. The course is called 'Managing Cultural Differences' and for some it was the experience of a lifetime.
Students spent the first eight weeks learning about basic business concepts as well as Czech Republic culture and society. They also participated in a project-based application of what they learned to help real firms make better decisions by assisting a start-up food vendor, Hot God, based in Prague. Dr. Raska documented their trip in photos and this is their story...
