Here you will find NKU’s Code of Student Rights and Responsibilities, a flowchart that outlines the conduct process, as well as resources to support you as a student involved in the conduct process.
In order for the Office of Student Conduct, Rights and Advocacy to discuss details of any student’s disciplinary records, the student must give permission to do so.
It should be understood that, at the post-secondary level, parent(s)/guardian(s) do not have automatic access to the student’s educational record. A student may sign a waiver with our office which would allow for more open communication between the university, the student and parent(s)/guardian(s). Signing the waiver is only a short term release of the student's educational record at the University. The waiver is available here, but can only be completed in the Student Conduct, Rights and Advocacy office during business hours in order to verify the identity of the student
