Health, Counseling, and Student Wellness provides services that help NKU students, faculty, and staff achieve and maintain optimal levels of physical and emotional functioning.
These are a few of the many values that we hold:
Inclusiveness | Diversity | Belonging | Caring and Compassion | Support | Understanding | Acceptance | Growth | Ethical Responsibility
Health, Counseling, and Student Wellness works to support the well-being of NKU students and is committed to providing culturally sensitive services to the campus community and developing the multicultural capacities of its staff. Given the diversity of our student population, students come to Health, Counseling, and Student Wellness with varied experiences specific to their racial and ethnic membership, gender, sexual identity, social class, religious affiliation, nationality, and/or disability status. We strive to offer services and programs that are inclusive and give voice to these varied experiences by providing a safe place to be heard, appreciated, and accepted. We stand with and strive to uphold the core values of this University: to foster a community of belonging through equity, diversity, and inclusion.
