Allied Zone Trainings

The Allied Zone campaign trains students, staff, administrators, and faculty to be allied for members of the LGBTQ community on campus.

Trans* Ally Training

Trans* Ally Trainings

Trans* Ally trainings will focus on tras* issues, sensitivity, and the importance of being an ally. Trans* Ally trainings are open to students, faculty, and staff.

Speak Out Panel Logo

SpeakOut! Panels

SpeakOut Panels are groups of LGBTQA students who have gone through training and are able to come into classrooms, student organizations, and/or departments to provide education and dialogue around LGBTQA+ issues. Students tell their stories of being part of the LGBTQA community and are able to answer questions about policy, language, and experiences locally, state-wide, and nationally.

Inside Out Logo

InsideOut

InsideOut is a Confidential Coming Out Support Group for NKU students who identify on the LGBTQA+ spectrum, are questioning their identity, are in the early stages of coming out, or are having a hard time coming out to self, friends, and/or family.

The meeting location for InsideOut is kept confidential. If you are interested in attending, please email LGBTQA+ Student Initiatives for information.
