Join an Airrosti Rehab Center Provider every first Friday of the month beginning in February for your monthly full-body foam rolling session to improve mobility and range of motion in your muscles and joints, as well as prevent and provide relief for soft tissue pain.
12pm- 12:45pm in the Campus Rec Auxiliary Gym (located on the first floor, past the stairs, to the left)
Please come dressed in clothing you can easily and comfortably move around in (no skirts) and gym shoes. Foam rollers adn mats provided. Free foam roller raffle at the end of the clinic.

Walking is more fun with your friends! Start your week with a one-mile walk at lunch time. Take time to appreciate yourself, your co-workers and peers as you re-energize with a mid-day one mile walk.
Bring your All Card and meet at the CRC front desk by the stairs. Walk will be on Campus Rec indoor track beginning Feb. 4. Walk will move outdoors once weather improves in the spring.
Walk takes about 20 minutes. Walk at your own pace. All walkers eligible to win a $5 All Card gift certificate.

Sahaja Yoga Meditation is back! Join a Sahaja Yoga Meditation expert every Tuesday for a guided 30-minute practice that will leave you feeling cool, calm and collected. NKU participants from last semster reported feeling a 60-100% reduction in feelings of stress and experiencing a high quality meditation.
In the U.S., Sahaja Meditation has partnered with the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) and the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH) to host various Sahaja Yoga Meditation seminars with consistently positive outcomes. Internationally, Sahaja Yoga Meditation is practiced in over 100 countries and includes participants of all ages, races, genders, and ethnicities.
Locally we are small group of people who have seen the personal benefits of daily meditation and want to pay it forward by sharing it with our community. We have conducted programs in many settings around the city for three decades now and are happy to offer NKU a customized program.
