This report is based on enrollment as reported to the Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education. Each semester's enrollment is based on a census date, which is the last day to add a class (the eighth calendar day of the semester).

Underrepresented Minorities Enrollment

Transfer Students

The total number of first-time students transferring credit from other two-year and four-year institutions.

This metric includes all students transferring into NKU for the first time; each transfer student is counted only the first semester at NKU. This number does not include first-time graduate students.

For Fall 2017, IPEDS revised transfers to include students transferring in the summer. Please note other reports regarding transfer students may differ from this report due to this change in definition.

STEM+H Degrees and Credentials

The number of degrees and credentials conferred in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and health-related fields during a year (summer, fall, and spring). This is based on first and second majors.
