Dear Student:

Under the Federal Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act, all higher education institutions receiving any federal funding must offer policies and programs to prevent the use of illegal drugs and the abuse of alcohol by students and employees. We must notify each student and employee annually of the availability of those programs, as well as of our policies and procedures.

I encourage you to read the attached NKU Drug-Free Schools notice, which includes the University's policies, procedures, and programs, as well as resources and treatment available to each person on our campus.
