Pentangle is NKU's student-run literary journal featuring essays pertaining to all areas of literary studies, including film and other media.

Pentangle's name alludes to the famous image in the Middle English poem, Sir Gawain and the Green Knight, where it is a symbol of truth and perfection. The journal seeks to highlight the academic writing of NKU students.
