The Help Desk provides support to everyone at Northern Kentucky University - faculty, staff, and students.  We are here to assist you with your technology needs - we can help reset your password, find a training session, register your device on the network, assist with myNKU and Canvas, and more.

Help Desk Hours

For phone, instant chat, email and service requests

  • Monday - Friday:  7am - 10pm
  • Saturday - Sunday:  Closed

If there is an urgent technology issue during closed weekend hours, you may leave a phone message and the on-call technician will call you to resolve your issue.

If you are requesting a password reset that can't be completed through password.nku.edu, please contact the IT Help Desk via phone for fastest resolution.
