The HelpDesk provides support to everyone at Northern Kentucky University - faculty, staff, and students.  We are here to assist you with your technology needs - we can help reset your password, find a training session, register your device on the network, assist with myNKU and Canvas, and more.

For phone, instant chat, email and service requests

  • Monday - Friday:  7am - 10pm
  • Saturday:  8:30am - 5pm
  • Sunday:  12pm - 8pm  

If you are requesting a password reset that can't be completed through password.nku.edu, please contact the IT Help Desk via phone for fastest resolution.

Looking for in-person assistance with your computer?  The Norse Tech Bar can answer tech questions, troubleshoot issues with your devices (laptops, phones, tablets, etc.) and more.  The Norse Tech Bar is located in the University Center on the plaza level.
