The HelpDesk provides support to everyone at Northern Kentucky University - faculty, staff, and students.  We are here to assist you with your technology needs - we can help reset your password, find a training session, register your device on the network, assist with myNKU and Canvas, and more.

Help Desk Hours

For phone, instant chat, email and service requests

  • Monday - Friday:  7am - 10pm
  • Saturday:  8:30am - 5pm
  • Sunday:  12:30pm to Midnight (closed Sundays during summer)

If you are requesting a password reset that can't be completed through password.nku.edu, please contact the IT Help Desk via phone for fastest resolution.

 

Norse Tech Bar Logo

Need walk-in assistance?  Come to the Norse Tech Bar!

The Norse Tech Bar is a walk-in assistance center for technology located in University Center.  Technology experts are available to answer questions and troubleshoot issues with computers, tablets and smartphones.  Nine Windows and four Mac computers (with Adobe Creative Suite) are also open for use.  The Tech Bar also offers meeting spaces, printing in black and color, and photo printing.  Need to borrow a laptop or iPad?  The NTB loans equipment (including MacBooks, and Dell Laptops) to students.
