- Browse the NKU Bookstore’s display of graduation gifts and other items

If you can't attend:
- Attendance at Grad Fair is not required to participate in the commencement ceremony.
- Undergraduate and master’s regalia, non-custom doctoral regalia, announcements, diploma frames and class rings may be ordered online at the Herff Jones website through April 8. The above regalia and diploma frames can also be purchased in the NKU Bookstore through May 10.
- To check the spelling of your name on your diploma, go to the myNKU portal, select the Student Self-Service tab and select “Apply for Graduation.” View more detailed instructions.

Important deadlines:
Follow these deadlines in order to get your regalia on time for the Saturday, May 10, 2025, commencement ceremonies:
- Feb. 25 - April 8: Undergraduate, master’s & doctoral regalia is available for purchase at Herff Jones
- March 7: Last day to purchase custom-tailored doctoral regalia
- April 8: Last day to purchase non-custom doctoral regalia
- May 10: Last day for NKU Bookstore in-person purchases of undergraduate and master’s regalia
