Dear Colleagues:
Governor Bevin has announced that he will convene the Kentucky General Assembly into a special session on Friday, July 19 at 8 a.m. to address pension reform. While we are relieved to have the issue in front of lawmakers, we know there are still lingering concerns about the various proposals and their impact on our employees. Please know that we are continuing to advocate for NKU’s priorities with our legislators in Frankfort. I will share updates with the campus community as we learn more from Frankfort.
