Dear Campus Community:
It is with mixed emotions that I share the news that Dr. Dannie Moore will joining Eastern Kentucky University as their Vice President for Strategic Initiatives & Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer effective July 20, 2020.
During his nine years at NKU, Dannie developed strong cross divisional relationships that helped to expand the scope of student affairs and create a strong co-curricular experience for our students. He also played a role in creating the Center for Student Inclusiveness and helped to expand Health, Counseling and Student Wellness services at NKU. The expansion ensured students are seen in a timely manner and have a safe space on campus. Dannie has served on the Success by Design Strategic Advisory Group and on the Presidential Search and Selection Committee. More recently, he served as the co-administrator-in-charge of the Division of Student Affairs. Dannie’s last day at NKU will be July 15.
Please join me in thanking Dannie for his contributions in support of our students and the university. We wish him the best in his future endeavors.
