During the 2022 Legislative Session, the Kentucky General Assembly passed House Bill 290, the Kentucky Campus Due Process Protection Act. This Bill became law on July 13, 2022 and was codified as KRS 164.370.
Pursuant to KRS 164.372, by November 1 of each year, all Kentucky public postsecondary institutions must publish a report on student discipline to the institution’s Website and provide a copy of the report to the Interim Joint Committee on Education.
This Report provides data from July 13, 2022 to July 13, 2023.
