Upward Bound Application

Upward bound participants may be excused from a Saturday meeting due to a school-sponsored activity or illness.

In the case of illness, the participant's parent is expected to call the office at (859) 448-8931 by the Monday after the missed meeting. Participants may miss two meetings for unexcused reasons (anything other than illness or a school-sponsored activity). Participants that miss more than two Saturday meetings for unexcused reasons during the academic year will not be permitted to remain in the program.
