Brown, P.C.; Roediger III, H.L.; McDaniel, M.A. (2014). Make It Stick : The Science of Successful Learning. Belknap Press. (ebook through Steely Library). This book is a great foundational text that focuses on the ways that people learn. Aimed toward the learner, it nevertheless provides practical guidelines and tips you can implement - and are likely already doing.
