University Pathways and Articulation

MCTC2NKU agreement signing
NKU Interim President Gerry St. Amand and MCTC President Dr. Stephen M. Vacik sign a new MCTC2NKU pathway agreement on Sept. 28, 2017.

NKU HAS DEVELOPED PARTNERSHIPS WITH MANY INSTITUTIONS. THROUGH THESE PARTNERSHIPS, ARTICULATIONS HAVE BEEN CREATED TO ASSIST STUDENTS WITH THEIR TRANSFER TO NKU.

The University Pathway and Articulation Committee (UPAC) assists in the process of building articulation agreements and pathways. UPAC can assist with:

  • The creation and development of articulation agreements and pathways;
  • Collaboration and public relations with educational partners;
  • Consistency in document creation;
  • Ensuring appropriate signatures are secured;
  • Ensuring that annual or bi-annual reviews occur;
  • Tracking all formal agreements for the university.

UPAC maintains a list of all known agreements to assist in the review and creation of pathways and articulations. A web-based database is available at the link above.
