The Academic Commons will consolidate appropriate academic student support services within a single administrative unit and potentially physical location.

The goal of the Academic Commons is to:

  • Create a one-stop shop for triage and intervention for students who face academic hurdles
  • Consolidate a great many separate units into one administrative structure with a single, coordinated strategy
  • Allow for more nimble change and adjustment of academic support services as audiences change
