In addition to the 2 max. recommended visits to the Care Closet @ NKU per year, students are welcome to attend all programs and events throughout the year and pick out additional clothing items.

UNV 101 Pop-Up for Major-Minor Fair
UNV 101 is preparing for the annual Major-Minor Fair and we have the right outfit to make the best impression on the faculty & staff within your chosen program! All UNV 101 classes will visit the Care Closet on October 29 & 30 to help students feel prepared and confident when they speak with their college representatives.
Friendsgiving Pop-Up
Every year, we host a pop-up at FUEL NKU’s Friendsgiving event so that we can provide students with FREE winter items in preparation for the cold season. Join us on November 25th from 5-7pm in the SU Ballroom for good food, conversation, and new winter clothes!
Sweata Weatha Pop-Up
It’s finally Sweata Weatha! This December 4th, we’ve got your study sweaters, your ugly sweaters, your holiday sweaters, your napping sweaters, your play in the snow sweaters. Whatever you need it for, we have it!
Dress to Impress
The event helped over 60 students by providing two curated professional outfits to wear for career fairs, interviews, and in their future career! The event was held on September 4th, 2024 from 11:30am-1:30pm in UC 135.
#NorseUp for NKU Spirit Wear
The event held on August 20th from 11am-1pm in the SU Plaza had over 200 students and they took home over 500 items of FREE spirit wear donated by offices across campus. Students are just in time to participate in Pres. Cady Short-Thompson Norse Spirit Wear Fridays.
