Thursday 4/10/2025: The NKU campus virtual machine environment service restored at 5:25pm ET.
Thursday 4/10/2025: The NKU campus virtual machine environment will be down for maintenance between 4:30pm ET to 5:30pm ET.
We will be working to address a technical issue with the NKU virtual desktop environment (https://view.nku.edu) services that serve faculty, staff, and students.
The system will be taken offline for one(1) hour, starting at 4:30pm ET, returning to service at 5:30pm ET.
If you are working in a virtual desktop session, please try to complete your work by 4:00pm ET as a safe margin, and no later than 4:25pm ET else unsaved work may be lost.

Tuesday 4/8/2025: The myNKU website returned to service at 5:25pm ET. All services are back online.

4/4/25 *Resolved, 4/4/25 3:13pm* - We are currently working on an issue in the myNKU system which is causing some services that produce PDF documents to fail. This functionality will be down until 5pm ET, Friday 4/4/25 (estimated). This includes transcript, registration, and other similar documents that are generated as PDFs from the system. All other myNKU services are unaffected. Please check back for updates.
There will be a brief Duo outage from on campus due to a hardware upgrade.

1/5/25 *Resolved* - Business Warehouse (BW) in myNKU is down. Our teams are working on the issue.
IT will perform a system upgrade while NKU is closed for Winter Break. During this time, authentication services will be temporarily unavailable.

All network and internet services in the Fine Arts building will be unavailable during an essential network infrastructure update within the building. While the building will remain open during normal operating hours, network access will not be available throughout the scheduled maintenance window.
