In order to comply with Title IX, the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) and the Clery Act, we have partnered with Safe Colleges to provide faculty and staff with education regarding sexual violence and its impact.
Information regarding Title IX, VAWA, the Clery Act and the SaVE Act will be provided to new faculty and staff to be completed within the first 30 days of employment.
Information regarding Title IX, VAWA, the Clery Act and the SaVE Act will be provided to current faculty and staff annually via the Compliance Refresher course.
