The university's goal of a safe and inclusive environment includes a commitment to maintain a campus that is safe and free from sexual misconduct, including sexual harassment. All forms of sexual misconduct are prohibited and will not be tolerated at NKU.

In order to comply with Title IX, the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) and the Clery Act, we have partnered with Safe Colleges to provide faculty and staff with education regarding sexual violence and its impact.

Information regarding Title IX, VAWA, the Clery Act and the SaVE Act will be provided to new faculty and staff to be completed within the first 30 days of employment.

Information regarding Title IX, VAWA, the Clery Act and the SaVE Act will be provided to current faculty and staff annually via the Compliance Refresher course.
