Student Club and Organization Room Reservation Instructions

Student have access to view the calendars on both reservation sites. If your student organization sent a representative to President’s Academy, that specific individual will have access to request space in the Student Union, University Center, Campus Recreation, Athletic & Outdoor spaces across campus.

Important Note:

• If you were unable to attend the training or would like to request space in academic buildings, your faculty/staff organization advisor will need to request the space using the appropriate form(s). 
• Students that have not been trained in either system can view room availability through them, but they do not have access to request rooms online.
