All of the spaces listed in the following table are not listed in the Reservation Request System, and must be requested through the traditional request method (listed in the Request Instructions column). Please use the Campus Directory to determine all phone numbers and email addresses, as it will contain the most up-to-date information.
There are some rooms in Reservation Request System that are controlled by specific departments. Such rooms can be viewed online but not requested. For contact information regarding those rooms, look under the room description within the Reservation Request System. There you will find information on who to contact if the room is controlled.
If you know of any additional meeting/event spaces that are not on this list or in the Reservation Request System, or see any information that is listed incorrectly, please contact the Department of Event Scheduling and Support at space@nku.edu.
