Our team is comprised of passionate volunteers, students, faculty, and staff members who assist with FUEL NKU programs and services.
We are located in the Albright Health Center, HC 104.
FUEL NKU offers a fun and independent yet structured opportunity for undergraduate social work students to learn how to create change in the community through practicum placement.
Practicum students provide basic nutritional assistance and other useful items to students in a compassionate, confidential and safe environment that aligns with core social work values and ethics.
Using best practices, students in this practicum placement will gain experience with case management, volunteer recruitment and management, community engagement, marketing, and research.
